Returns will be processed depending on the categories below:

1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a piece in your shipment, contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods for exchange.

2. Defective items are replaced free of charge with a brand new piece.

3. Items that are worn, broken, modified, improperly cared for, or outside of the current season will be thoroughly evaluated. If approved for replacement, a brand new replacement will be offered at 50% of the wholesale cost. You can pass this cost onto your customer or absorb the fee per your discretion.

4. If the damaged piece is 2+ years old, we will be unable to process your request.


Please note:

  • Outstanding credits must be used within the current season (Spring: Jan 1–June 30; Fall: July 1–Dec 31).
  • Credits cannot be applied to web orders or trunk shows. Email or call your sales manager or our wholesale office (, 646-448-4169) to place your order for the credit to be applied to.
  • Returns are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
