We stand behind our jewelry and are happy to help in any way we can!

  • For 12 months from the date of purchase (store purchase the item), we are happy to take care of your item if damage to the material occurs. The defective item will be replaced free of charge with a brand-new piece.
  • This policy does not cover items that are worn, modified, lost, or improperly cared for. If your item is not covered by our warranty, you can purchase a brand-new one at 50% of the wholesale cost. You can pass this cost onto your customer or absorb the fee at your discretion.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of a piece in your shipment, contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods for exchange.


  • If we are unable to confirm the condition of a style via photo, we will ask you to send it back for further evaluation.
  • Outstanding credits must be used within the current season (Spring: January 1–June 30; Fall: July 1–December 31).
  • Credits cannot be applied to web orders or trunk shows. Contact your sales manager to place your order for the credit to be applied to.
  • Returns are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
